COVID 1984 - FREEDOM DAY

LONDON - On the day all remaining Covid restrictions are lifted across England, thousands gather in and around Parliament Square to protest against Covid vaccinations, passports and other restrictions surrounding Covid19. Clashes erupted as police moved in to try and disperse the crowd.
"Covid 1984" - A term coined by Unite for Freedom demonstrators and a most likely nod to George Orwell's novel, Nineteen Eighty-Four, - a dystopian fiction in which a society is governed by constant surveillance and fed disinformation and propaganda.
A movement sparked from anti-lockdown protests - the Unite for Freedom movement began in 2020 in the early stages of the Coronavirus pandemic and has grown to encompass all restrictions surrounding the pandemic including mandatory vaccinations, child vaccinations, and covid passports.
