Black Lives Matter, London. June 6th 2020 | The moment mounted police charged a crowd of demonstrators as they protested against police brutality and in support of Black Lives Matter, following the death of George Floyd. Police on horse back went into the crown along Whitehall causing panic and chaos among the crowd. During the charge, one officer came off her horse after colliding with some traffic lights, knocking her unconscious. She played motionless for about a minute, getting stepped on by her own at least once before police and protester were able to drag her to safety. The riderless horse bolted through the crowd knocking over several people. It reportedly made its way back to the stable.
